A credit reference check will be required for all commercial streamlined policies.

The credit reference must satisfy the following:

• A credit reference can be from Macquarie or another financier and must be for a similar type of the lending. e.g. finance lease or business loans
• A credit reference can be from an open current account, or an account that was closed within the last 12 months.
• A credit reference must be for an account that has been active for at least 12 months.
• The proposed repayment can be up to double the repayment of the credit reference.
• The credit reference must be in the name of the of the borrowing entity in the first instance.
